R & D Department
At Rajeev Metal Industries, the research and development division is an integral aspect of the business. Because of the importance we place on research and development, we have continuously developed and upgraded this department to more sufficiently meet the needs of our clients. Over the lifetime of our company, this department has become increasingly efficient. Consisting of multiple experts in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software, our R&D department tirelessly strives to meet our clients’ needs.
Rajeev Metal Industries boasts an incredible assortment of tools and equipment to perfectly craft nearly any custom project a client can imagine. A selection of our top-of-the-line machinery includes: Vertical Milling Centre Machines, an EDM Machine, a Wire Cutting Machine, CNC Turning Machines, as well as many others. This machinery forms the backbone of the company, and having such a variety of machinery allows us to successfully tackle a large number of different projects.
Forging
Rajeev Metal Industries is one of the pioneers of forged brass products. As one of the first production houses to install custom forging, we are one of the most experienced companies in this area. While our machinery and processes have constantly evolved to meet modern standards, the quality and care we place into each of our products has remained the same. Our forging machinery consists of 8 individual presses. These range from 50 tonnes to 500 tonnes, assuring we can match the right presses with your individual needs.
Pressure Die Casting
Pressure Die Casting
Rajeev Metal Industries is one of the leaders in pressure die casting. Using our machinery, with a capacity of 130 tons, we can produce a wide array of products which can vary in size between a few grams up to a kilogram. Using high quality zinc as the raw material ensures that the final product has a perfect finish.
Investment Casting
Rajeev Metal Industries is one of the first of very few production houses to engage in the field of investment casting. Although this process is very tedious and time-consuming work, we are able to use investment casting to create stainless steel and brass products. With our custom investment casting machinery, we are able to create custom products with a very high degree of accuracy, which other companies simply cannot rival.
Workshop
The workshop at Rajeev Metal Industries is one of the leading workshops in the field of metal fabrication, consisting of an enormous variety of modern, top-notch machinery. Our workshop contains multiple mechanical power presses which range in power from our smallest press at 5 tons to our largest press at 100 tons. We also boast an assortment of hydraulic presses, ranging from the lowest at 25 tons to the largest at 200 tons. In addition to the variety of presses, the workshop also contains lathe machines, drilling machines, SPM machines, as well as others.
Finishing & Polishing
Along with top-of-the-line metal fabrication, our clients can also expect perfection in the finishing and polishing of all our products. We specialize in a variety of different techniques in this category, including a multi-head conveyorized lancer, surface lancers, hand filing, machine buffing, and SPM’s.
Electroplating & Lacquering
Rajeev Metal Industries also boasts specialized equipment for perfect electroplating and lacquering. At the forefront of our electroplating machinery is our automated electroplating plant, ensuring the fastest and best results. In addition, Rajeev Metal Industries also contains a manual plating plant, electrophoretic lacquer, powder coating plant, and patination. We also provide electrostatic lacquer which is supported by a conveyorized, infrared oven, which ensures even baking during the process, increasing the quality and longevity of our products.
Quality Control
The quality of each and every one of our products made by our modern, top-notch machines is rigorously tested to ensure every aspect of the final product is made to perfection. As a baseline, we employ the International Standards of Quality Control. Multiple tests are conducted in-house to verify the product meets all aspects of industry standards. These testing methods include spectrometer testing, a Fischer XRF machine, acetone rub testing, pencil hardness testing, hull-cell testing, as well as others.
